ARCHE Dissemination Summer 2022

09/09/2022

It was a busy summer for the members of the ARCHE international laboratory! We were lucky to all have a lot of opportunities to share our work with the scientific community at national and international conferences.

Daniel Vallejo was an invited speaker at the Waters Early Career Research Summit, where he presented his research on native protein analysis using TENG coupled to ion mobility mass spectrometry

After her selection as an CAS Future Leader, Aleksandra Popowich attended the Future Leaders’ meeting, and presented her research on the proteomic analysis of organ tanned leathers. She also presented the same research the next week at the ACS Fall 2022 National Meeting.

Catherine Gilbert attended the International Mass Spectrometry Conference in Maastricht, the Netherlands, and presented a poster on her research on the minimally invasive analysis of ivory and bone objects at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Finally, Vaclav Krupicka attended Analytics2022, organised by the French societies of mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics, and separation sciences, in Nantes, France. Here, he gave an oral presentation on his research on top down proteomics applied to cultural heritage samples.

After a busy summer, we are all looking forward to getting back to the lab to prepare for the Bordeaux Summer School at the end of September!
